Mindfulness based personal coaching


This one-to-one coaching programme is designed to teach you a specific set of psychological skills that I’ve distilled from my work in hypnotherapy, cognitive therapy, NLP, and my experience as a long-term meditator.

These skills, once integrated into your life, will allow you to experience deep levels of:
    1. Mental calm and focus
    2. Self-acceptance and enthusiasm for life
    3. Confidence, determination and resilience 
And speaking as someone who's experienced their fair share of insecurity and negative thinking patterns in the past, I can tell you from personal experience, as well as from my years working as a therapist, that these principles really work.

That's where it really helps to have a coach who can help you to turn your good intentions into a solid, tangible reality.

If you decide this programme is for you, we'll begin by exploring each of the core principles of mindfulness based coaching over three sessions:
  • Session 1 is about accessing a state of pure mindfulness, where you can calmly observe your thoughts and feelings without getting lost in them, and generally be more present and "in the here and now".
  • Session 2 is about developing deep compassion for yourself and others, and opening yourself up to having more zest for life, and more enthusiasm for doing the things you love.
  • Session 3 will help you connect with your strengths and achivements in life, so that you can create a solid foundation of confidence and resilience that's always there supporting you as you move through life.
You’ll get a recording from each session and some simple, straightforward exercises to help you integrate the work we do into your life.

I’ll then suggest that you take some time to practise the principles on your own, and notice the different ways that they are starting to transform your life. We can then schedule further coaching sessions as needed. 

The three-session coaching programme costs £180 (which is only £60 per session).
