During a session I will be working with you in two complementary ways -

As a solution focused psychotherapist I will help you to explore your goal for the session and to find out what's really stopping you from succeeding.

Think of it this way - sometimes a stick floating down a river gets stuck behind a rock. That stick is not "broken", and it certainly doesn't need to be "fixed". All it needs is a nudge in the right direction. Whatever habits or fears you're stuck in, I will help nudge you past that rock, so you can get moving in the direction you want to.

As an advanced hypnotherapist I will guide you into a deeply relaxed, yet focused state of mind. Here you can powerfully reinforce those changes at an instinctive level. After the session you'll notice yourself feeling better and behaving differently, in a way that feels easy, natural and automatic.

I treat everyone I work with as an individual, so the work we do will be specifically tailored to your needs. As a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register I am also bound by a clear code of ethical practice.

Sessions last around an hour and a half. Many issues can be completely dealt with in one to two sessions and few need more than five.
